The second phase of the Tiger New Material Taicang Smart Factory was launched in November 2019 and will be officially launched at the end of 2020

The plant complies with the China Construction Class B plant standards, and is the only plant in the Chinese industry that meets this standard, and has been awarded the title of demonstration intelligent workshop in Jiangsu Province

After the relocation, the Tiger New Material Operation Center will take the existing digital and automated construction level as a starting point to build "digital, interconnected, and intelligent" manufacturing capabilities, and build a smart factory with "interconnection of everything, information integration, and intelligent management" to achieve Intelligent manufacturing, intelligent production, intelligent operation and decision-making "less humanized, unmanned, intelligent" factory
