TISCO's two projects won the 2014 Metallurgical Industry Quality Engineering Award

The Metallurgical Industry Quality Project Award is an annual metallurgical industry quality project review organized by the China Metallurgical Construction Association, and a total of 54 projects across the country have won the award
this year.
TISCO Hot Rolling EPS Project is the abbreviation
of TISCO 2250mm Hot Rolling New Steel Coil Surface Treatment Line Project.
The project adopts the current international advanced technological flow and advanced control procedures, reasonable equipment selection, low energy consumption, advanced design technology, construction period and project quality to reach the advanced level
of the same industry in China.
The project started at the end of October 2012, was fully put into operation at the end of May 2013, and reached production on July 16
, 2013.
Since it was put into operation, the equipment has been running well, reaching the design production capacity, improving the surface quality of hot-rolled products, meeting the needs of high-end users and special industries, and avoiding the impact
of traditional processes such as pickling on the environment.
The No.
2 ultrafine powder project of processing plant is the second phase construction project of deep processing of blast furnace slag of TISCO, which is of great significance in the development of
TISCO's circular economy.
In accordance with the principle of advanced technology, reliability and economic applicability, the project selects world-class equipment and processes in the bidding of key equipment and processes to ensure that the newly invested equipment and processes are at the international advanced level
.
The auxiliary facilities use domestic design and products as much as possible, which reduces the cost
of the project.
The design also adheres to the principle of low energy consumption and conforms to the national principles
of environmental protection, emission reduction and clean production.
After the completion of the project, it will be combined with the existing phase I project, which can realize the deep processing of all TISCO slag and contribute to
further improving the overall level of TISCO's circular economy.
