    TIU Canada awarded 10.7 MW PV project in Ukraine

    Recently, TIU Canada announced that it has once again obtained a 10.
    7 MW photovoltaic project
    in Nikopol, Ukraine.

    Under the Canada-Ukraine trade agreement, the first investments
    in PV projects will begin in August 2017.
    The project started in late May 2017 with a total investment of approximately US$13 million
    .

    The PV plant consists of 32,304 solar panels and 392 inverters installed to manage power output
    .

    During the construction of the photovoltaic power plant, the length of the power line used exceeded 105 kilometers, and the station land area was 15 hectares
    .
    Compared to coal-fired power stations, CO2 emissions are 12,738 tons/year
    .

    Canada's ambassador to Ukraine revealed, "This is an important example
    of how business and investment ties can be deepened under the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement.
    " The Embassy is happy to support the important work
    of Canadian iron mining in Ukraine.
    We look forward to driving TIU Canada and other investors to expand their investments
    in 2018 in turn.
    " ”

    It is understood that this photovoltaic project is fully funded by Canadian investors, which also proves the effectiveness of
    the green energy incentive mechanism that currently exists in Ukraine.
