    Japan's Toshiba received an order
for steam turbine generators from Zoruru Energy Group, a major power operator in Turkey.
The steam turbine capacity of about 50,000 KW in the order will be used at
Unit 2 of the Kizildere Third Geothermal Power Station in western Turkey.

    Kizildere No.
    3 Geothermal Power Plant No.
    2 is a power station
that combines magnesium light power generation equipment of about 50,000 KW and binary power generation equipment of about 20,000 KW, and adopts a high-efficiency hybrid geothermal power generation system of about 70,000 KW.
The company is responsible for flash-type power generation equipment, and deliveries are scheduled to begin in
    July 2017.

At the end of last year, Toshiba received an order for power generation equipment for Unit 1 of the Kizildere Third Geothermal Power Station in the Turkish market, and the equipment currently in the order is still in production
    .
In addition, in 2014, the company delivered power generation equipment for the Ala·ehir geothermal power plant, and Toshiba's production engineering management and high performance of the equipment contributed to the power station, which led to the early start of commercial operation of the power station
    .
In addition to these achievements, Toshiba also responds flexibly to customer requirements and tailors products
    accordingly.
As a result, Toshiba received an order
for steam turbines for Unit 2 of the Kizildere Third Geothermal Power Station.
With this order, the company is expected to increase its current share of the Turkish market to 48%.

Due to the increase in population, Turkey expects its domestic electricity demand to also increase, so it plans to build many power stations
    .
In January 2016, Toshiba signed an agreement with Zoruru Energy Group, a Turkish power company, to build geothermal, thermal and hydroelectric power plants, and to reorganize the system
from the operational investigation stage to participation in new construction projects.
In the future, Toshiba will deepen its cooperation with them and actively expand its geothermal and hydroelectric power generation businesses
    in the Turkish market.
