    said it plans to build a plant
    to manufacture hydrogen fuel cell stacks.

    that store high-pressure hydrogen in vehicles.

    Toyota also said it plans to increase annual global sales of fuel cell electric vehicles from the current 3,000 to at least 30,000, including passenger cars and buses
