    Recently, 12 textbooks declared by the School of Food Science and Engineering of Northwest A&F University have been successfully selected as textbooks for China's light industry "14th Five-Year Plan" and will be published in 2022
    .


    Among the 12 approved textbooks for the 14th Five-Year Plan of China's light industry, 11 textbooks were newly compiled and 1 textbook was revised.
    Among them, 9 textbooks were newly compiled for the major of food, nutrition and health

    "Food Molecular Nutrition" and "Nutrition Biochemistry and Molecular Biology" edited by Professor Lu Xin, "Food Nutrition and Frontier Processing Technology" edited by Professor Xu Huaide, Professor Duan Xiang, and Zhao Guozhong (Tianjin University of Science and Technology), Professor Li Juxiu, Wang Haibin Professor (Wuhan University of Light Industry), "Food Chemistry" edited by Professor Duan Xiang, "Sports Food Nutrition" edited by Professor Feng Xianchao, "Nutrition and Metabolism" edited by Professor Liu Zhigang and Professor Wang Yuming (Ocean University of China), Zhou Dangxia 9 textbooks including "Pathology" edited by Professor (Xi'an Jiaotong University), "Food Immunology" edited by Associate Professor Peng Xiaoli and Professor Zhao Guanghui, and "Nutrition and Traditional Dietetics" edited by Associate Professor Peng Qiang are new for the major of food nutrition and health.
    Compiling teaching materials, this is a new breakthrough made by the college to support the construction of new majors after the college’s overall planning since the approval of the new major.
    It will bring the food, nutrition and health professional construction of Northwest A&F University to a new level, and its demonstration and leading role will be further demonstrated
