The growth and utilization of highland barley.
Highland barley (naked barley) is the most important national ration in my country's Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
The Crop Molecular Breeding Project Team of Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Institute of Biology) separated highland barley starch granule binding proteins by electrophoresis, and found two natural variants of SSIIa, which were identified by mass spectrometry and western blotting.
This study provides molecular technology and theoretical basis for the selection of highland barley and barley quality-oriented breeding.
