Two PPG products won the world's top 100 science and technology research and development awards

PPG announced today that two of its industry-leading antibacterial and antiviral coating products have won the 2022 Global Top 100 R&D Awards
in the Machinery/Materials category.
The two products are Copper Armor antibacterial coatings and Comex VINIMEX TOTAL antiviral and antibacterial coatings
.

According to reports, Copper Armor and Comex VINIMEX TOTAL coatings are suitable for areas with a relatively large flow of people, including medical, hotel, office and educational environments
.
Both coatings kill all kinds of bacteria and viruses
that come into contact with the coating surface within two hours.
In addition, Copper Armor coatings form an anti-mold coating
on dry paint films.
