    UGA: Ukraine's wheat exports will reach 13 million mt in 2022/23

    News on November 23: Ukraine will export 13 million tons of wheat and 20 million tons of corn
    in 2022/23 (July-June) UGA, a union of Ukrainian grain traders.
     
    Ukraine's cereal production in 2022 could be just 51 million tonnes, down from an all-time high of 86 million tonnes
    in 2021, officials from Ukraine's Agriculture Ministry said earlier Wednesday.
     
    Exports of cereals and oilseeds in 2022/23 are expected to reach normal levels
    if exports from Ukraine's Black Sea ports continue until the end of the year, UGA said in a statement.
     
    Ukraine has exported 6.
    3 million mt of wheat so far this year, compared with 14 million mt
    in the same period in 2021/22, the ministry said.
