    According to Resolution No.
261 of the Government of Ukraine, a special tariff
of 65% will be imposed on coal imports from Russia (except anthracite and coking coal) from April 15, 2020.

In particular, it is noted that the exception includes Class A coal (anthracite), bituminous coal and coking coal in the steelmaking industry, and lean coal
from producers of electricity and heat.
According to the resolution, no special tariffs
    are imposed on imported electricity.

On April 8, Ukraine's National Commission for the Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NEURC) canceled its bid for the allocation of interstate capacity with Russia and Belarus in 2020, which means that the quarantine period restricts the import of electricity from said countries until 30 days after
the end of the quarantine period.
