According to General Cable Company, SMPTE-304TS hybrid fiber optic cable tester is very suitable for motion/event broadcasting, fixed and mobile equipment, or other SMPTE HD camera cable application environments, which can test whether electrical and optical circuits are connected correctly and effectively
when displayed intuitively.
Compatible with all SMPTE304 standard cables, the SMPTE-304TS Hybrid Fiber Optic Cable Tester features a portable, handheld design that provides more than 40 hours of continuous standby use while making it easy to diagnose the OLED-backlit display
at night or in sunlight.
Each SMPTE-304TS test piece includes a meter head assembly, a black aluminum frame light source, a NiMH battery charger, a USB-to-USB mini charging cable, and a rugged ABS plastic carrying case
