RPM recently announced that it would acquire
SPS, a well-known Dutch decorative
coatings company, and reached an agreement on the acquisition, the terms of which have not been disclosed. SPS is located in the art town of 's-Hertogenbosch, about 1 h south of Amsterdam, the Dutch capital, with a net annual sales of about $60 million.
