U.S. RPM acquires Dutch SPS Coatings.

RPM recently announced that it would acquire
SPS, a well-known Dutch decorative
coatings company, and reached an agreement on the acquisition, the terms of which have not been disclosed. SPS is located in the art town of 's-Hertogenbosch, about 1 h south of Amsterdam, the Dutch capital, with a net annual sales of about $60 million.
completion of the acquisition, SPS will be integrated into RPM's Rust-Oleum® brand operations in the European business segment, which is expected to generate revenue within one year, excluding related cost factors.
