The government has learned from the Zhejiang Haiyan, 9 Yue 17 days, sea salt held Sanjiang polyether polymer product supply project-cum-US air agreement signing ceremony, a total investment of 3 billion US dollars in Sanjiang polyether polymer project was officially settled in Haiyan Economic Development Zone ; Sanjiang Chemical and Air Products Corporation of the United States will join forces to focus on building, replenishing, and strengthening the upstream and downstream industrial chain of hydrogen energy to create the " China Hydrogen Valley " .

The Sanjiang polymer polyether project is a major foreign investment project with a total investment of 300 million US dollars, covering an area of 134 acres, and will build a polymer polyether project with an annual output of 500,000 tons.
It is estimated that the annual output value will be 6 billion yuan and the tax will be 200 million yuan after reaching full capacity .
The US Air Products Hydrogen Energy Base project with a total investment of US$ 1 billion makes full use of the tail hydrogen resources generated during the production process of Sanjiang Chemical to process and purify hydrogen energy products.
The project is currently progressing smoothly and the pile foundation construction has been completed.
