The traditional ampule sealing machine is composed of two parts: control box and sealing table In the long-term use, it has the following disadvantages: the gas pump pipe needs to be temporarily inserted in preparation; the control box and sealing table are inconvenient to be placed and adjusted; the gas pipe must be pulled out after use, and then it is carried, moved and stored in two parts In case of repeated use, it is easy to occur: the matching of console and sealing platform is disordered, the connection is not smooth, the flame adjustment is not stable, and the spare parts are lost For this reason, we have improved the two units into one unit The pipe of the auxiliary gas pump has been connected in advance When using, we only need to connect the gas or liquefied petroleum gas, adjust the switch of the gas and the auxiliary gas, and then we can get the uniform and concentrated flame When heating the ampoule, slowly rotate the round ampoule placing platform to make the neck evenly heated When it is softened, use tweezers to pull the upper end of the neck of the ampoule upward, and the lower part of the neck of the ampoule can be melted and sealed smoothly The usage of ampoule bottle sealing machine is as follows: 1 Connect the gas pipeline (interface of needle type regulating valve at the bottom right of mixing tee at the back of the equipment) 2 Plug in the power cord (upper right corner socket at the back of the equipment) 3 Turn on the power switch (upper right corner at the front of the equipment) 4 Slowly turn on the gas needle valve until the light is on 5 Slowly open the auxiliary gas needle valve (the lower left corner behind the equipment) until the two lamps have long and thin blue flame (the longer the flame, the better) 6 Place the ampoule bottle on the tray Don't put it into the flame immediately First, see whether the flame is at the center of the tray, and whether it is at the height of the melting seal you need (just loosen a knob on the bracket, and then screw it up) 7 Put the ampoule bottle filled with liquid medicine into the tray and the center of the flame Slowly and evenly rotate the bottle with the left hand When it is burnt to forged red, use the right hand to cut off the bottle with tweezers 8 After the work, the gas valve must be closed first, and then the gas valve.
