Recently, the New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA), Uttar Pradesh, India, has issued a Request
for Choice (RfP) to a 200 MW solar park through a competitive tender.
The electricity generated by the winning project will be sold to the distribution company UPPCL or a third party
under the open access scheme.
The minimum project size is 50MW and the maximum is 200MW.
It is understood that the deadline for submission of applications for this tender project is December 10

In October, Uttar Pradesh received the lowest bids for every more than Rs 3 in the latest 500MW solar auction, but those bids are still well below the tariffs
on the 1GW auction that were scrapped this summer.
