Conclusions of the study
The authors argue that the combination of vandetanib and everolimus is a viable combination of experimental treatment of ACPR1 mutation DIPG in children, and that the need for the inclusion of stereotactic or liquid biopsy methods for molecular analysis to guide biology-driven stratification trials
