Vestas has received orders for several wind power projects in Norway that will feature different 4 MW platform turbine variants from the Vestas portfolio

Leveraging the flexibility of the 4 MW platform, the turbine will ensure a high capacity factor and maximize energy production
in a tailored configuration based on the site's specific wind conditions.

Wind power projects will adopt commercial SCADA solutions to reduce turbine downtime and optimize energy output

The contract also includes wind turbine supply, installation and commissioning services, as well as a 5-year Effective Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement

Installation of turbines is expected to begin
in 2020 and 2021.
