    In the Official Letter No.
    762/VPCP-KSTT dated January 29, 2022 from the Vietnam Government Office, Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh instructed the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to urgently review and revise according to its authority.

    The Deputy Prime Minister also instructed the Ministry to continue to review, reduce and simplify products and goods that need to be imported into quarantine, especially those that are subject to both quarantine and food safety inspections and quality inspections, in accordance with the principles of risk management, prioritization and mutual recognition, to ensure compliance with 2020.

    For example: send via public postal service; send original via email, fax and send via national single window
    .
    At present, the entire aquatic quarantine procedure has been deployed on the national portal, and more than 95% of the archives have been completed

      According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, in the plan to develop legal documents in 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture has directed relevant agencies to amend and supplement Circulars 26/2016, 36/2018 and 2021 Circular 11
