    According to the Voice of Vietnam Radio, on July 9, fresh lychees from Vietnam were exported to China for the first time through the Dongxing-Mong Cai po.
     
    According to reports, this batch of lychees has a total of 3 vehicles, which entered China through the Haian Km3+4 temporary pontoon chann.
    The total weight of all lychees is nearly 67 tons and the value is about 600 million VND (about 172,000 RM.
    Trucks and on-board cargo are being diverted for quarantine testing and rapid antigen testing as a precaution against the COVID-19 outbre.
     
    In mid-January this year, due to the suspected positive of the new crown virus detected by the temporary pontoon bridge at the Dongxing-Mongjie Port Haian Km3+4, the pontoon area was suspended for customs clearan.
    After being suspended for more than three months, the temporary pontoon officially resumed customs clearance on May 3 The pontoon first resumed customs clearance of mixed goods, apparel fabrics and stranded empty vehicles, and then gradually resumed customs clearance of dry goods, fresh frozen seafood, fruits and agricultural produc.
