    NDO – The Ministry of Industry and Trade has actively assisted enterprises to solve the problem of fraud involving 100 containers of cashew nuts exported to Italyfrom Vietnam, according to the Vietnam News Agency .

     
    After obtaining relevant information, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has instructed the Commercial Office in Italy to go to the ports of Genoa and Naples to negotiate with local port authorities, shipowners, banks and local governments, and it is recommended not to release the goods for the time being to clarify the case

    The Vietnamese Commercial Office in Italy also actively assists companies to find local lawyers for consultation and to go through relevant legal procedures, so as to assist Vietnamese companies to gain control of the goods as soon as possible
    .
     
    The Vietnam Commerce Office in the United States has contacted intermediary companies in the United States, suggesting that they provide information and cooperate with Vietnamese enterprises to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese enterprises

    In addition, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam has sent a letter to the Italian Embassy in Vietnam, suggesting that the embassy should assist relevant Vietnamese authorities to resolve relevant issues
