Recently, the polyurethane rigid foam recycling pilot plant of Wanhua Chemical Group Co.
, Ltd.
was successfully started, with a recycled polyether production capacity of 60 tons / year, opening up a new channel
for the treatment of waste polyurethane foam.

Wanhua Chemical said that the polyurethane rigid foam recycling device adopts chemical recycling methods, which can achieve about 3 tons of carbon reduction per 1 ton of waste foam recycled, and the quality indicators and performance of the recycled polyether generated after recycling are consistent
with the standard polyether.
This technology meets the development concept of circular economy, and recycled products can be used in refrigerator insulation, auto parts, pipe insulation, living and other fields, with significant
economic and ecological environmental benefits.

Faced with the problem of recycling and disposal of polyurethane rigid foam materials in waste refrigerators and electric water heaters, Wanhua Chemical exhibited its polyurethane rigid foam recycling solutions
