Recently, Weihua Company’s urea workshop tried out new domestic nozzles to further improve the appearance quality, particle size and hardness of urea products, reduce dust content, and reduce costs

In this workshop, the nozzles are tested and the corresponding nozzle speeds are adjusted under different loads of the granulation device.
The central controller adjusts the nozzle speed on site by adjusting the load of the device, and observes the particle size and dust content to find the best operation.

During the trial process, the workshop technicians earnestly communicated the operating conditions of the new nozzles, contacted the manufacturers at all times, contacted the manufacturers to feedback the situation by taking photos and sending videos, and carefully analyzed the existing problems, discussed and optimized them together, so that the new equipment could be put into use as soon as possible

Prior to this, Weihua Company organized technical personnel to conduct research on urea granulation, to understand the brand, usage, and product quality of other nozzles in service, and finally found a domestic nozzle suitable for the company's urea device

Compared with foreign sprinklers, domestic sprinklers have greatly saved costs in terms of cost performance.
