Coking enterprises that fail to obtain a sewage permit in accordance with the law, evade supervision and implement emissions, exceed the emission standards of atmospheric pollutants or exceed the total emission control targets of key atmospheric pollutants shall be punished by a high limit in accordance with the law, and shall be ordered to correct or restrict production or stop production. For enterprises that have repeatedly punished repeat offenders, they shall be ordered to stop production and shut down with the approval of the people's government with the power of approval.

We will support enterprises to further implement energy-saving and environmental protection technology transformation, give full play to the complementary advantages of the pooling of energy resources in the park, and support the joint construction of comprehensive utilization facilities for resources, sewage and waste treatment facilities, energy ladder utilization facilities, etc., so as to achieve green and low-carbon cycle development.
