water-based industrial paint
1, water-based industrial paint requires work parts coating temperature range of 5-40 degrees C, relative humidity 85%, substrate surface temperature above 3 degrees C, temperature and humidity should be measured near the substrate. When the substrate temperature is above 40 degrees C, it is not recommended to carry out coating construction

3, finished paint must be stored in 5-40 degrees C, cool, clean, dry conditions, to prevent freezing.

water-based building coatings
1, construction, the wall temperature shall not be lower than 5 degrees C, the ambient temperature shall not be less than 8 degrees C, for several consecutive days the ambient temperature is less than 8 degrees C is not recommended for construction. And ensure that the wall moisture should not be too heavy (water content can not be higher than 10%), air humidity is less than 85%, so as not to be low temperature, wall moisture volatile and affect the quality of paint film, resulting in such as powdering, long hair, foaming, cracking and other symptoms.
2, the interval between the coated layers >8 hours (no heating room, night time period such as temperature below 5 degrees C can not be counted in the interval time).
3, in the painting of various coatings, should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the product description construction, strictly control the dilution ratio. Dark/ bright paint construction, it is recommended not to add water, and need to increase the number of coating.
4, shorten the daily construction time period, during the day when the construction has frost / ice wall, should wait for the temperature to rise and completely dry after the construction, re-painting time must be extended, at least the next day, the re-painting process needs to re-confirm the temperature and humidity of the wall.
5, the use of airless spraying, should not be sprayed too thick, paint consumption must be less than 200g/m2, so as to avoid inconsistent drying speed in the table, resulting in cracking of the paint film, peeling off.
6, due to low temperature, drying film is slow, the initial scrub resistance is not as good as summer, but the final performance will still achieve results.
7, the construction to ensure normal ventilation to speed up the film- speed, shorten the drying time, but should avoid the wind blowing directly on the paint film, resulting in cracking of the paint film.
8, when the temperature is below 10 degrees C construction, to be appropriate less water, water control within 10%;
9, water-based exterior paint construction should control the temperature of more than 5 degrees C, thick paint construction within 12 hours after the temperature must not be lower than 5 degrees C, otherwise it will lead to paint film film does not completely cause powdering off and other ills.
10, the wall grass water content should be controlled at <10%, the relative humidity of the air is higher than 85%, can not be constructed. If the coating is frozen and there is ice on the surface or inside, the use of such frozen products is prohibited.
11, products in the transport, we must pay attention to anti-freeze.
