Wu Zunyou introduced, the main measures include the following aspects: First, to strengthen the national door entry testing, second, to strengthen the disinfection of entry, third, to strengthen the logistics of the whole chain of practitioners operating protection, fourth, the practitioners of regular nucleic acid testing, once found infected, soon put out the outbreak in the bud;
Wu Zunyou pointed out that for the vast number of consumers, the risk of infection caused by the purchase of imported cold-chain food is very low. "We may not understand that nucleic acid positive, live virus, dead virus, virus fragments found may be nucleic acid positive, that is, nucleic acid positive does not necessarily mean that it is contagious."
Wu Zunyou further explained: "When we do testing in the laboratory, there is a very objective indicator to determine nucleic acid test negative, this value we call CT value, CT value is greater, say higher than 30 or 35, the higher the amount of pollution, the lower the probability of containing live viruses." The smaller this value, such as less than 30 or 20, indicates that the amount of pollution is relatively large, the more likely there is a live virus. In the country all imports of cold chain food is also good, goods are good, most of the detection belongs to the CT value is relatively high, that is, the pollution is relatively light.
Wu Zunyou pointed out that because of the pollution caused by infection, generally must be a relatively large amount of pollution, but also need long-term repeated contact to cause infection, so in the practitioners, especially logistics stevedores infected found relatively more."
