in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province.
The construction includes the general plan of the factory area of chemical zone I and II (including vertical, road, comprehensive pipeline, gate and guard room), chemical District water supply, drainage and fire pipe network and other projects

At present, the Wujian Hainan Refining and Chemical Project Department is scientifically organizing the preliminary preparations for the project to ensure that the project starts construction as scheduled
