At present, when the large supermarkets in Xiamen City sell imported cold chain foods, they have taken the initiative to display their "codes" for sale

According to reports, the Xiamen Municipal Market Supervision Department has integrated the import cold chain food declaration platform with Xiamen’s original food safety "one product, one code" traceability supervision system, and truly realizes the traceability of the entire chain of imported cold chain food, ensuring that problematic foods are discovered as soon as possible.

Starting from December 24, 2020, Xiamen City will implement a full-chain management of "one mouthful declaration, one code access, and one network traceability" for imported cold chain food, and strive to achieve "the source can be traced and whereabouts can be checked"

In order to prevent uninspected and quarantined cold chain food from entering the market to the greatest extent, the Xiamen Municipal Market Supervision Department has also strengthened dynamic management, fully figured out the base of Xiamen’s imported cold chain operating companies, and collected information on the entities, addresses, and operating status of the companies and cold storages.
