      Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling , sampling condiments , meat products , dairy products , beverages , instant foods , biscuits , quick-frozen foods , confectionary products , alcohol , cakes and edible oils , oils and other products.
    282 batches of samples of 11 categories of food
    products .
    According to the inspection and judgment of the national food safety standards , there are 272 batches of qualified samples and 10 batches of unqualified samples for the sampling inspection
    items (see attachment) .
    The main problems found were substandard quality indicators and microbial contamination:
