    Recently, Sun Chao, Jin Zhiliang and others of Xiong Daxi's team of Suzhou Institute of Medical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences designed a distributed high thermal conductivity single crystal COB package based on a high-power vertical structure narrow-band LED light source to achieve high optical power density and stable output .


    The solar simulator proposed in this study achieves AAA -level illumination and 1 solar constant irradiance within a test plane of at least 5cm×5cm .


    The related design has been patented, and the research results have been published in the journal Solar Energy ( IF=5.
