Ya'an City Market Supervision Administration Announcement on the Sampling Inspection Information of Ya'an Food Safety "Check Your Points" in 2021 (No. 2 of 2021)

　　In order to let the public understand the whole process of food safety sampling and monitoring at close range , have more right to know about food safety, and actively participate in the social co-governance of food safety

In early June, Sichuan market supervision bureau, Ya'an City Market Authority carried out the 2021 joint food security "you point me to check" campaign
.

 

　　Based on the results of online opinion collection and on-site questionnaire surveys , the 6 categories of food that the public are most concerned about are edible agricultural products , quick-frozen foods , condiments , processed food products, dairy products and beverages , and 80 batches of food sampling have been carried out
.
After the Sichuan Food Inspection and Research Institute (formerly Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute) inspection, 78 batches of qualified and 2 batches of unqualified (see appendix for details)
.
Our bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to investigate and deal with the unqualified food found in the random inspection
.
The Mingshan District Market Supervision Bureau has urged relevant food production and business units to take measures such as removing unqualified products from shelves to control risks, thoroughly investigate the causes of problems, and make comprehensive rectifications
.
The follow-up situation will be disclosed to the public in time by our bureau
