Recently, Yanshan Petrochemical has successfully developed high-strength, flex-resistant, low-heat-generating polybutadiene rubber, filling the gap in domestic products in this field.

Yanshan Petrochemical and Beijing University of Chemical Technology have jointly innovated and adopted advanced catalysts and in-situ polymerization technology to realize the development of a complete set of pilot technology for continuous polymerization of high-strength, flexural-resistant, low-heat-generating polybutadiene rubber (CVBR).

This project is another new high-performance polybutadiene rubber brand developed by Sinopec in recent years after the successful industrialization of rare earth butadiene rubber, branched rare earth butadiene rubber, and narrow molecular weight distribution rare earth butadiene rubber.
