According to Chen Huixia, Yichang City took the lead in launching the relocation and renovation of chemical companies along the Yangtze River, industrial transformation and upgrading, moving out of the Yangtze River Red Line, keeping the bottom line of safety, upgrading the high quality line, and promoting the chemical industry to high-end, refined, green, intelligent, and safe.
