    Sinochem Xinnet News Yinchuan Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment recently issued the "Implementation Plan on Carrying out the Reform and Demonstration of the Compensated Use and Trading of Emission Permits to Lead the Construction of the Leading District for Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control", to uniformly and simultaneously carry out the reform of the paid use and trading of emissions rights across the city

    The "Plan" clarified that the scope of Yinchuan City's pollution emission rights reform includes all pollutant emission units that have obtained pollution emission permits in accordance with the law and the emission amount has been confirmed, new reconstruction and expansion projects that need to obtain additional emission amounts, and those that participate in the emission rights market transactions in accordance with the law.
