The main cause of bearing wear is that during the installation process, the crankshaft is slightly tilted under the action of gravity on one side of the motor, which changes the gap between the bearing and the crankshaft, distorts the coupling data, and even increases the vibration of the motor
In response to the existing problems, Juyin Company communicated with the manufacturer’s technicians and repeatedly studied the equipment manuals and proposed that a jack can be used to forcibly support the crankshaft on the side of the motor during installation, and then the clearance between the bearing and the crankshaft can be adjusted by fine-tuning.
