In order to study the underlying mechanism, the team separated plasma from the blood of young mice and injected it into older mice with muscle damage to observe their changes

What kind of ingredient is so magical? Further screening found that if the extracellular vesicles in the plasma were removed, the plasma would suddenly lose its effect and no longer promote muscle repair in elderly mice

Analysis in these vesicles revealed that they contained an mRNA encoding Klotho protein
