    YSH-05 High Temperature Acidizing Corrosion Inhibitor

    [Preparation method] YSH-05 high temperature acidification corrosion inhibitor is prepared by using corrosion inhibitor MNX as a matrix and compounded with four synergists


    (1) Synthesis of matrix corrosion inhibitor MNX

    YSH-05 parent corrosion inhibitor MNX is a β-amino ketone formed by the condensation of ketones, aldehydes and amines containing active hydrogen.


    The general reaction formula of YSH-05 parent corrosion inhibitor MNX:

    Note: In the formula, R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are alkyl or aryl groups


    (2) Preparation of high temperature acidification corrosion inhibitor YSH-05

    When only the parent corrosion inhibitor MNX is added to the acid solution, the experimentally measured corrosion rate is 33.


    [Application] The static weight loss method is used to study the corrosion inhibition performance of YSH-05 high temperature acidification corrosion inhibitor at different temperatures, different dosages, and different acid types and acid concentrations.

    The acidizing corrosion inhibitor YSH-05 not only has a good corrosion inhibition effect in hydrochloric acid, but also shows excellent performance in hydrofluoric acid and earth acid, as listed in Table 6-23

    It can be seen from Table 6-23 that in 15% hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and earth acid, the corrosion rates at 90℃ are 2.
