Recently, the Yunnan Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and sampled 1104 batches of samples from 9 categories: processed grain products, condiments, convenience foods, potatoes and puffed foods, alcohol, vegetable products, pastries, catering foods, and edible agricultural products, and the main problems found were mycotoxin contamination, microbial contamination, substandard quality indicators, over-range and over-limit use of food additives, heavy metal pollution, non-edible substance addition, and agricultural and veterinary drug residues exceeding standards
.

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the market supervision department where the enterprise is located has carried out verification and disposal in accordance with the law, urged the enterprise to perform its statutory obligations, and adopted measures such as removing and recalling the unqualified products to control the risk in a timely manner; Find out the batch, quantity and cause of the production and operation of unqualified products, and deal with illegal acts according to law; After the completion of the verification and disposal work, promptly disclose
it to the public.
