Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Administration on the five batches of food non-conformity notice No. 19 of 2020

Recently, Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration completed the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration of food safety supervision and sampling tasks 699 batches, involving food processing products, candy products, sugar, food and beverage products and other 4 categories of products, sampling items including heavy metals, food additives, microorganisms and other indicators.
Among them, 694 batches of qualified samples, 5 batches of non-conforming samples (see annex), the specific situation is announced as follows: First, food additives over-limit use of the problem (i) Muding County Sanxin snack sales of oil strips, aluminum residue (dry samples, to Al meter) does not meet the national standards for food safety.

2, the quality indicators do not meet the standards (i) Xishuang version of Nakang Jia Sugar Co. , Ltd. production and sale of refined tablet sugar, reducing sugar does not meet the national standards for food safety provisions.

For non-conforming products found in the sampling, the Yunnan Provincial Market Supervision Administration will order the regulatory authorities of the places where the enterprises are located to take timely measures such as off-shelf and recall, investigate and deal with them in a timely manner, identify the batch, quantity and cause of the production of unqualified products, and formulate corrective measures.
