Bidder must bring along when registering: copy of business license, copy of tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, power of attorney of legal person, ID card of the entrusted person and employment contract, quality, environment, safety and health system certification certificate, no bribery Record notification letter (check the original and leave a copy, and the copy should be stamped with the official seal and within the validity period).

All bidders that participate in the registration shall not abandon the bid without reason.
If the bidder abandons the bid without reason (except in the case of force majeure), it will be deemed as unqualified in good faith and listed as a bad record.
The management center, together with the administrative supervision department, will provide a notification online for twelve months.
During the notification period, bidders of other government-invested projects may not accept their bids accordingly.
