    On February 7 ,2022 , the research team of Zhang Haitao from the School of Pharmacy, Zhejiang University published a research paper entitled " Cryo-EM structures of human bradykinin receptor-Gq proteins complexes " in the internationally renowned journal " Nature Communications " .


     Type 2 bradykinin receptor ( type 2 bradykinin receptor , B2R ) belongs to G protein-coupled receptors ( GPCR ) and is an important part of the kallikrein-kinin system ( KKS ) .


     Both Bradykinin and kallidin are kinin substances in the human body, which are produced by the cleavage of kininogen
