Sinopec News Network reported on July 8, the technicians of the Zhongyuan Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute used membrane nitrogen production technology to safely and efficiently complete the nitrogen replacement construction at the Dawan 405 gas gathering station in the Dawan gas production area of ​​the Puguang Gas Field, marking the first time for the Zhongyuan Oilfield.

At the beginning of this year, on the basis of the 2020 pilot test of the Puguang Gas Field, the Zhongyuan Oilfield Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute signed a contract with Puguang Branch for nitrogen replacement and airtight construction during the inspection and maintenance of 4 gas gathering stations.
At the same time, it applied for personnel and equipment admission certificates.

In July, the D405 gas gathering station in the Dawan gas production area of ​​the Puguang Gas Field took the lead in opening the prelude to the 2021 inspection and maintenance work of the Capeguang Gas Field

Due to the high gas production of the gas gathering station, which directly affects the gas production of the Puguang Gas Field, the shutdown inspection and maintenance pressure is high, the time is tight, and the tasks are heavy.

The completion of this work has accumulated rich experience for the smooth development of airtight construction, laid a solid foundation for the application of membrane nitrogen technology in the Puguang Gas Field, provided detailed on-site construction data for other fields, and opened up the application of this technology in the Puguang Gas Field.
