    with the SOC platform as the core.
    The SOC platform has six core capabilities: cloud-based resource sharing capabilities, fast and efficient service implementation capabilities, flexible and diverse service opening and integration capabilities, massive and accurate data processing and analysis capabilities, multi-layer and multi-level protection and authentication encryption security capabilities, and unified and automated operation and maintenance management

    Its architecture includes a platform, two portals and four components that support the integration of existing IT systems, open up government processes, and provide smarter services

    One platform refers to a cloud platform that is delivered as a data center to reduce hardware costs
