Activist Ancora submits higher offer for H.B. Fuller building unit

Activist investor Ancora Holdings increased its bid for H.B. Fuller's building adhesives unit to between $1.2 billion and $1.4 billion after the company rejected the initial offer. The deal aims to acquire the adhesives business of the chemical manufacturer.
