AkzoNobel & Axalta to be Called Axanzo Post-Merger

AkzoNobel and Axalta Coating Systems announced their combined entity will be named Axanzo following a merger expected to close in early 2027. The deal aims to create a global coatings leader with over 100 brands across 160 countries.
