Borouge, Wanhua Form JV for Proposed 1.6 Million MT/Y Cracker, PE Complex in China

Borouge and Wanhua Chemical subsidiary signed a 50/50 joint venture agreement to develop a 1.6 million metric tons per year steam cracker and polyethylene complex in Fujian, China. The project leverages Borstar technology and remains subject to regulatory approvals.
