China Targets US Rare Earth and Other Firms with Export Controls

China added 10 U.S. entities, including rare earth producers MP Materials and USA Rare Earth, to its export control list in retaliation for U.S. sanctions. The ban prohibits Chinese exporters from selling dual-use items to these companies.
