Clean Harbors Acquires EnviroServe from Private Equity for $470 Million

Clean Harbors plans to acquire EnviroServe for $470 million, expanding its recycling and disposal capacity with 40 new facilities. The transaction is expected to add $250 million in annual revenue and $25 million in synergies.
