Constellation Energy Sells Texas Gas Plant to LS Power, Raises Earnings Forecast

Constellation Energy agreed to sell its Brazos Valley gas plant to LS Power for $860 million, completing its Calpine acquisition divestiture. The company also raised its operating earnings forecast citing robust power demand and secured new nuclear supply agreements.
