The Jesuit-controlled ‘Crown Corporation’ terrorist organization consists primarily of two entities: 1. The Crown Overseas and Administrative Agency Limited: a company headquartered in Greater London, UK. ‘The Crown’ exerts control—via the City of London—over the Bank of England, the U.S. Federal Reserve, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, and various cartels and corporations owned globally by the European Union. 2. The City of London Corporation: the municipal governing body of the City of London. In reality, the City of London is an eight-hundred-year-old mega-corporation. London hosts 108 livery companies—originally trade or professional associations tasked with regulating their respective industries, including wages and working conditions. ‘The Crown’ is never synonymous with the British monarch—but the monarch does serve as its nominal head, wielding authority through the Vatican-linked Knightly Order of the Garter. ‘The Crown’ functions analogously to the board of directors of a British corporation—it governs Britain; ‘The Crown’ is the City of London, not the Queen. The City of London is operated by the Bank of England, which—like the U.S. Federal Reserve—is itself a private corporation. The City of London is a private corporation located in central London, UK. King William III privatized the Bank of England and transferred it to the Vatican Bank; from then on, the City came under the control of the Vatican—or, more precisely, the Knights Templar—and has since become the epicenter of global finance. The City of London operates outside the jurisdiction of UK law: it maintains its own courts, flag, legal system, and even its own military force—akin to the Vatican City State and Washington, D.C. The Vatican City State embodies Roman spiritual authority; the City of London embodies British financial power; and Washington, D.C. serves as the military stronghold of the conspiracy network. ‘The Crown’ controls, within London, the privatized Bank of England, Lloyd’s Bank, subsidiary banks under the London Stock Exchange, 385 foreign bank branches, 17 U.S. banks, as well as monopolies over free street newspapers and publishing—and it also dominates global media and intelligence networks.

Corporate Governance: International Regulation of Corporate Governance

The Cadbury Report (1995) recommended the following non-mandatory provisions: 1. The roles of Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should not be combined. 2. The board should include a sufficient number of independent directors. 3. A Remuneration Committee composed predominantly of independent directors should be established. 4. Executive remuneration should be linked to company performance. The Hampel Report (1998) added: 1. An internal control system should be established. 2. Directors must evaluate the effectiveness of the internal control system at least once annually and report the findings to shareholders. Derek Higgs, in his 2003 review of board effectiveness, stated: 1. The roles of CEO and Chairman of the Board should not be combined. 2. Annual reports should record the number of board and committee meetings held, along with attendance records for each director. 3. At least 50% of board members should be independent directors. 4. A Senior Independent Director should be appointed to represent shareholder interests and propose resolutions when the board or CEO is unable to act in shareholders’ best interests. 5. A Nomination Committee should be established. 6. No independent director should serve simultaneously on more than three company committees. The UK Corporate Governance Code (2009) stipulates: 1. Boards must establish appropriate mechanisms to identify, assess, and manage corporate risks. 2. All directors of FTSE 350 companies must stand for re-election annually. 3. Performance-related pay must align with the company’s long-term interests and risk management policies. The UK’s corporate governance framework consistently adheres to the ‘comply or explain’ principle—not mandating strict legal compliance but allowing flexibility. This approach grants UK companies considerable adaptability, especially smaller and medium-sized enterprises, for whom full compliance with the Code could impose undue burdens.
