Recently, DSM-Firmenich released its financial results for the first half of 2026. During the reporting period, the Group achieved revenue of €4.664 billion (approximately RMB 36.2 billion), representing a 5% year-on-year increase in sales—exceeding the market consensus forecast of €4.63 billion. Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) amounted to €900 million (approximately RMB 7.025 billion), up 7% year-on-year. Taste, Texture & Health Strong Q2 turnaround; H1 revenue of €1.634 billion The Taste, Texture & Health segment generated €1.634 billion (approximately RMB 12.75 billion) in revenue during the first half of 2026, up 4% year-on-year; adjusted EBITDA increased 3% year-on-year to €321 million (approximately RMB 2.506 billion).

The Tonganoxie facility features 100% automated micro-ingredient dosing and full-batch traceability systems, capable of handling vitamins, carotenoids, omega-3 fatty acids, trace minerals, fruit-and-vegetable powders, and microbiome solutions—covering formulations for foundational nutrition, growth, maintenance, premium, and functional pet foods. The newly commissioned Brazilian facility represents a critical step in the company’s global capacity expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening localized service capabilities and supply chain responsiveness across Latin America. From Europe to North America and now South America, this series of independent manufacturing investments signals that the growth story of pet food has moved beyond strategic positioning—it is now concretely embedded in a globally distributed production system covering major markets worldwide.
